dolphindb 启动时报错: "The license limits * cpu cores, Not allowed to use cpu #"，

问题： license 支持 8 核，服务器有 24 核，ddb 没有跑在容器里， 启动时却报错 "The license limits 8 cpu cores, Not allowed to use cpu #11"，是什么原因？  排查过程 1 运行cpu-info...
